It was interesting seeing what folks in Lake Geneva call a ski mountain. Barely a bump in terms of what I think of as a ski hill whether it is “local” skiing in Big Bear, California when I lived there or Breckenridge and other Rocky Mountain Resorts but it was an appealing place to have the gymkhana.
Some folks even road the gymkhana two up.
But soon enough I’d left Lake Geneva and continued around the southern tip of Lake Michigan so I could mark Michigan off my ride map. I arrived in Muskegon just in time to enjoy a lovely sunset.
I should have taken a photo of my BV in the hold with a bunch of much larger motorcycles but coming into Milwaukee was when I remembered to pull out the camera.
